First Course: Chilled Cucumber Soup, Curried Beets, Ground Peanuts.

Served with Brooklyner-Schneider Hopfen-Weisse.
The second collaboration of Brooklyn Brewery with the G. Schneider & Son brewery of Kelheim, Germany. This exciting beer is a strong pale weissbock at 8% ABV, robustly bittered and then heavily dry-hopped with Mr. Drexler’s favorite American hop varieties. It will be fermented using the Schneider Weissbier strain of yeast

Second: Seared Tuna Sliders with Wasabi Aioli and Tomato-Ginger Relish.

Served with Green Flash IPA
This West Coast-Style India Pale Ale is extravagantly hopped, full flavored, medium bodied and copper colored. A menagerie of hops is combined throughout the brewing process to impart specific characteristics. Hops used include Simcoe for a unique fruitiness and grapefruit zest, Columbus for strong hop pungency, Centennial for pine and citrus notes, and Cascade for floral aroma.

Third: Summer Fruit Ceviche with Grilled Tiger Shrimp.
Served with Ommegang Hennepin
This hoppy, farmhouse style ale has a champagne like effervescence with a crisp but light on the tongue finish. Similar to the Belgian Saison style , this beer serves well as an aperitif. Hennepin has a majestic golden hue. The style is called Grisette or farm house and is considered to be in the domain of the Belgian Saisons.

Fourth: BBQ Spice Grilled Filet Mignon, Baked Bean Jus, Onion Rings.

Served with Nostradamus
From Brasserie Caracole this beer is a very complex artisanal
Wallonian brown ale, rich, warming, little piquant in the mouth with liquorice, mocha flavors, pear and toasted bread background notes

Fifth: Chocolate-Mango Roulade, Litchi Anglaise.
Served with Sam Smith Oatmeal Stout
Originally a drink for lactating mothers, oatmeal stout was described as nutritional on early labels. Oats are in the same family as barley, and a small addition yields great flavor. Popular in the late 1800’s, the last oatmeal stout was brewed before the First World War until Samuel Smith reintroduced this style in 1980.
