Special Guest Josh Ozersky, A.K.A. “Mr. Cutlets”, will join Mary Izett and Chris Cuzme of the New York City Degustation Advisory Team (www.nycdat.com) to discuss and taste an assortment of specialty bacons paired with select Craft Beers and artisan Cheeses. When paired correctly, these trios make undeniably delightful sums superior to their individual parts. Mary and Chris will share guidelines and tips concerning pairing beer with meat (bacon in particular) along with reasons why pairings of the class were decided upon, while Josh will discuss specific cuts, cures and origins of each bacon. The New York City Degustation Advisory Team is dedicated to the promotion and appreciation of Craft Beer through creative and delectable food pairing.
