Beer Description
This is the fourth beer released in our new project, JT’s Barrel Series. This beer is part of the BarricAle Project for the Festival of Wood and Barrel-Aged Beers or #FoBAB, which takes place in Chicago every November. Everyone in the Project used fresh Heaven Hill Barrels. Our version is a specialty version of our Bulldog Brown Ale. We aged it for 4 month in bourbon-barrels, which imparts a nice warm bourbon taste. We also added vanilla bean to give this brew a totally different character.
