Beer Description
This beer is brewed for the ReplicAle event held at the Oak Park Review each August. A number of breweries get the same recipe with the freedom to make slight variations. This year the variations are with the hops, fruit or spice. The beer is a very light, spicy saison. For our version, we have “wet hopped” (hops used within 24 hours of harvesting) the beer with a combination of Cascade and lemon-thyme, and added spicy Thai peppers that give it a nice subtle heat in the finish.
