Frequently described as “dank and sticky.” Five different hops: Nugget, Chinook, Galena and finished with Apollo and Zeus.
Redefining what an IPA can be, Hammer and Ale tantalizes the senses with wonderful hop flavors and outstanding aromas, but without the harsh bitterness that characterizes many IPAs. Frequently described as “dank and sticky,” our recipe features a blend of four malts that provide a sweet backbone to support a symphony of five different hops: Nugget, Chinook, Galena and finished with Apollo and Zeus. These hops combine to yield a fresh, juicy flavor with tremendous depth and complexity.
