Beer Description
A wild yeast fermented cyser, blended from local blueberry honey and apple cider.
Pommust went through a second fermentation on Cabernet Franc grape pomace, giving the cyser tart, tannic notes with hints of smoky, dark fruit. Blended from Northern Spy & Jonathan apple varietals, then blended and bottle conditioned with blueberry honey.
