Beer Description
Drawing on the long tradition of saison being served as a Summertime thirst quencher for 19th century Belgian and French farmhands, this classic interpretation of the aforesaid style shows initial aromas of yeast-derived fruit, along with a touch of background cereal notes. Flavors also initially trend toward toward fruit, prior to a light breeze of pepper in the finish. A spritzy, refreshing, warm weather quaffer.
