Beer Description
A collaboration with Stu McKinlay of Yeastie Boys in Wellington, NZ. The day before our scheduled collaboration Stu fell off his bicycle on SE Hawthorne in Portland and broke his right elbow and left wrist. Needles to say Stu didn’t dig out the mash tun the next day! This Pacific Ale (Session IPA in the US) has a hazy golden color. Hopped with Santiam, Motueka, Wakatu and Nelson Sauvin hops giving off tangerine, passion fruit and lime zest.
