Beer Description
The ReplicAle project for the Oak Park Microbrew Review is a yearly event that has breweries from the Illinois Craft Brewers Guild make the same base recipe with their own twist. For 2015 the base recipe is a saison to which we added Tuscan Cantaloupe, Galia Melon and black peppercorns.
