Beer Description
old style Belgian wheat-ale, with Curacao bitter orange peel, coriander, and chamomile
Our wit (white) beer is brewed in the tradition of the Old World Belgian wit, with a light, bready malted wheat base and kettle additions of chamomile flowers, coriander seed, and Curacao orange peel, for a beautiful spectrum of botanical and herbaceous notes. This beer is bright and clean on the palate with a clean citrus finish. Recipient of Gold Medal at the 2017 Great American Beer Festival.
