Beer Description
Our flagship India Pale Ale (IPA) benefits from heaps of late and dry hop additions. The result is a beer with a great floral aroma and an assertive citrus palate with hints of grapefruit. The hops in this beer are accentuated through the restrained use of crystal malts, a touch of Louisiana cane sugar and a big dollop of gypsum and other minerals in the mash. Careful control over mash temperature and pH produces a highly fermentable wort that finishes dry without being cloying or sweet. In the end, this clean tasting, hop-forward beer promises to refresh no matter what. Available year-round.
