Beer Description
A blend of five different barley and wheat malts make our Harvest Ale the color of fallen leaves and give it a robust flavor with notes of caramel.
The arrival of autumn means the reaping of crops… for brewers that means more grains and fresh hops just in time for the Harvest Moon. Moon Reaper celebrates the culmination of months of hard work in the fields. A blend of five different barley and wheat malts make our Harvest Ale the color of fallen leaves and give it a robust flavor with notes of caramel. A healthy addition of locally grown, freshly harvested wet Chinook hops from Oast House Hop Farm give this beer a deceptively full hoppy mouthfeel that creeps in with a bright piney finish that lasts. Here’s to another successful growing season and the arrival of Autumn beer!
