Beer Description
The Mysterious Rye-der is satisfyingly full bodied for a saison and brewed with a substantial amount (40%) of rye in the mash. Followed up with a French saison strain of yeast, the result is a spicy and earthy brew with a tart, dry finish. Caramunich and pale chocolate malts compliment the spicy texture of this beer giving a unique presence of caramel and chocolate undertones.
