Beer Description
Throughout history Celtic bards and Norse poets have sung songs and told stories about the wonders of mead. We have taken the name of our Grand Reserve from a Norse story of Odin, the All Father and his mead horn from which those who drank were bestowed the gift of poetry.
Aged in oak for a minimum of 7 years and full of honey and pear aromas, balanced with hints of vanilla, nutmeg and allspice this wine can be enjoyed as a wonderful dessert or for simply sipping around an open fire.
