A small batch chili offering. DUH! DIPA was aged in a fresh mezcal barrel for months, as well as a hefty addition of chipotle, habenero, and aji panca peppers. When the beer was ready and spicy enough without being vegetal, Amarillo and Simcoe
A small batch chili offering. DUH! DIPA was aged in a fresh mezcal barrel for months, as well as a hefty addition of chipotle, habenero, and aji panca peppers. When the beer was ready and spicy enough without being vegetal, Amarillo and Simcoe hops were added directly to the barrel for some fruit to balance the heat. Cheers!
