“Ginger” is a strong ale but light in color, with aromas of spiced oranges, a malty sweet body, and a gingery finish.
Santa Cruz Mountain Brewing tips its hat at the traditional style of “Winter Warmers” with this seasonal release. We brew 200 gallon batches with pounds of organic fresh and dried ginger. The perfect ale to accompany the cold days of winter and you festive holiday feasts.
