Beer Description
Gose (pronounced goza) is a wheat dominant ale originally brewed in Goslar Germany where the recipe was developed to work with the salty waters of the Gose River in the early 1500’s. Originally brewed with coriander and fermented spontaneously, but later centuries called for the addition of ale yeast and lactobacillus. We hope you will enjoy our take on a centuries old brew that delivers a light and uniquely drinkable summer sipper!
