Beer Description
This rich amber ale has a variety of crystal and chocolate malts that are added to the mash to create a complex malt flavor. Flavors of nuts, chocolate, and charred caramel dominate the malt profile, while raw organic agave syrup is added to the boil to give the beer a unique flavor. A blend of Cascade and Centennial finishing hops add a subtle aroma of citrus, fruit, and pine essence to the beer.
