The flavor blends nicely with a mineral brininess from Long Island harvested oysters that are boiled in the brewing process, shell and all.
The pairing of Stout with oysters has been enjoyed for centuries and Flagship Oyster Stout combines the two into one delicious apéritif. Roasted barley united with chocolate rye, midnight wheat, and flaked oats gives this brew dark color and roasty flavor while providing a smooth mouthfeel and rich body.
