Beer Description
Named after the famed Woodlawn section of the Bronx Woodlawn Weiss is a traditional German Weissbier brewed with Bavarian Yeast. Pour it and see the wheat cloudiness, smell the spices and estery aroma.
In the 1800’s there were many German owned Breweries and 30+ beer gardens in the Bronx. Pre-Prohibition, Woodlawn along with the rest of The Bronx was originally home to one of the largest Beer cultures in all of the five boroughs.
