Beer Description
Maibock is one of the variations on the bock beers that became popular in Bavaria. It is a relatively high-alcohol beer in the world of traditional lagers but, unlike the “liquid bread” of the original bocks, this sub-style has a hint of floral hop flavor to it. This particular beer also has notable residual sugar, giving the beer a slightly sweet finish.
