Beer Description
Oktoberfest beer is traditionally a Marzen style Lager; here at Cape Ann Brewing we put our own spin on this traditional style. Incorporating a step mash into the mashing process giving this beer a wonderfully smooth mouth feel; as well as using 20lb’s of heather tips and flowers in the boil adding nice herbal and floral notes to our Oktoberfest offering.
