Beer Description
Brewed as a Scottish Ale, Rochesterville Red is a mildly sweet, malty, and nutty beer that’s been fermented with Stoneyard’s house American Ale yeast strain, which lends a subtle fruity, almost berry-like, character. This breaks it out of the standard “Scottish Ale” category making it our own take on a traditional style. Feel free to nuzzle up with a burger and this mellow, easy drinking beer and watch the snow fly by.
