Saison Froide – Brassin Shiso 2015 is a Belgian-inspired Saison beer. The 2015 vintage is different from the previous one thanks to its star ingredients, the Japanese Shiso herb, Sansho pepper and Lemondrop hops, three ingredients with lemon and menthol notes, which create a " taste of cold ".
