Beer Description
A blend of the last three years of Tarrytown Wild Ales to create a traditional aged Flanders-style sour ale.
In tribute to Flanders Red Ales, our Rockefeller Red is a blend of 1, 2, and 3 year old Tarrytown sour ales. We have carefully preserved variations of our in-house yeast strain to produce a balanced sour beer that emphasizes the unique characteristics of natural fermentation in Tarrytown. Our Rockefeller Red blends a rich flavor profile with the balancing characteristic citrus and spice flavors of an aged sour ale.
