Beer Description
A Fall seasonal gruit offering that is brewed with heirloom pumpkin (L.I. cheese pumpkin), sage & a touch of NY grown cascade hops.
A portion of the sage is lightly smoked over wood (2015 was cherry wood) and then added to the boil to impart a hint of smoke to this deep mysterious brew.
