Beer Description
A variation of this milk stout was the very first homebrew and started a mad obsession for brewing with the Slowboat team.
Since that first brew, it has evolved into a very rounded and appreciable “dark beer.” Roasted barley, Chocolate Malt, Oats, Milk Sugar, and Vanilla Bean all share the spotlight in perfect harmony. The aroma of roasted coffee, chocolate and vanilla alone, is enough to drive the most discerning beer drinkers completely mad. We hope that Dairy of a Madman will spark a little madness in you as well.
