Belgian table beer, or Patersbier, was originally brewed by monks for personal consumption. 1st Law is a low-alcohol, straw-colored ale with a clean, bready malt profile. A complex aromatic bouquet of green pear and dried apricot is the result of fermentation with a unique blend of Belgian yeasts. This is a beer intended to be consumed at any time of day.
