Beer Description
Brewed with Brown Malt, Chocolate Malt, Black Malt and Cara Munich Malt. These malts add a complex roastiness with notes of dark chocolate, coffee, caramel and a bit of sweetness. Named after Billy Dee Williams because its so smooth. This version uses 26 pounds of toasted coconut and 26 pounds of toasted pecans in the fermenter. This recipe won best in show at the 2014 Midwest Brewers Fest.
