A cross between a German and Czech Pilsner. Brewed with pilsner and munich malt with Mt. Hood, Tettnang, Sterling and Crystal hops.
This beer has a bready malt flavor with a grassy hop aroma. You may often find its namesake, a customer, having a pint at our bar.
