Big Horse Creek is a semi-dry cider. It is pale amber in color with an estery flavor profile big on tropical fruits and butterscotch. The cider tastes sweeter than it is because of the candy like flavors but has a good balance of acidity and mild astringency from the tannins. Much of the fruit comes from Big Horse Creek Farm, in Ashe County.
