Beer Description
This oatmeal stout by homebrewer Amy Wagner was the “best of show” winner for the 2015 Darkside of the Brews Hombrew Competition. We used plenty of oats and roasted malt along with a touch of vanilla, sweet orange peel and lactose sugar to create a creamy, malty and roasty profile. Notes of dark chocolate, dark caramel, toasted nuts and vanilla fill this delicious stout with plenty of flavor.
