This twist on a traditional gose has been brewed with an array of spices and peppers. Pours a deep hazy amber gold with a very fine off white head.
This twist on a traditional gose has been brewed with an array of spices and peppers. Pours a deep hazy amber gold with a very fine off white head. Black pepper, poblano and coriander on the nose. Initial tartness gives way to familiar yet fleeting display of spices. Chili pepper notes arrive and then are replaced by earthy spices. The flavor composition as a whole has an odd resemblence to a bloddy mary. The salinity and pepper give the beer and tingly mouth feel. Very unique and drinkable, a must try beer.
