Beer Description
Wooden Soul #2 is a Sour Blonde Ale aged in Sauvignon Blanc barrels, sourced from Northern California wine country. This complex beer is a blend, fermented with four strains of Brettanomyces yeast and two strains of Lactic Acid Bacteria. Hazy and straw-colored, this beer has complex aromas of bright citrus, melon rind, and barn yard funk. Refreshingly tart, Wooden Soul #2 is light and effervescent, with notes of sparkling lemonade, granny smith apples, and dry white wine.
