White Wine BA Saison with lactic acid bacteria Malts: Pilsner, unmalted wheat, melanoidin, flaked oats, cara pils Hops: Mosaic, Simcoe.
The simple life is cooking just one steak for dinner with nothing else. The simple life is enjoying a beer that is basically simple. Light pilsner malt and unmalted wheat for a smooth easy body. Flaked oats to give some roundness and then melanoidin and cara pils for a bit of nutty sweetness. Aged on white wine barrels with lactic acid bacteria and dryhopped with simple mosaic and simple simcoe. This beer doesn’t need much more explanation.
