Beer Description
We hand-pick, wash, and sort 29 of the highest quality heirloom apple varietals from the 2014 harvest; we cold-press to make the fresh juice. Double fermented before using a charmat fermentation process that creates the natural carbonation and perfect finish to this unique, effervescent cider. The champagne qualities are evident when you pop the cork, but you’ll never mistake the apple flavor and complexity!
This cider is produced only once a year from fruit that comes direct from our orchards- never from a third-party packing house!
