Beer Description
Blood orange puree has been added to our Southside Rye IPA to accentuate the citrus aroma and flavor throughout.
This American-style IPA substitutes a portion of the barley malt bill with rye, 15% in ours. IPA being a hop forward style, this beer has strong notes of red grapefruit, orange marmalade and pine. Malt flavors of soft caramel, biscuit, and spicy rye lay the groundwork for the American hops to shine. In this rendition, we added blood orange puree to accentuate the citrus aroma and flavor throughout. Including Cascade, Amarillo, Chinook, and Azacca hops.
