Bright Italian Helles Bock that is brassy-orange in color and drinks like a suave Belgian blonde ale. Boldly reinterpreting the bock style for the refined Italian palate, its liveliness and effervescence, renders a distinct sweetness balanced perfectly with the bitterness of floral hops. In the mouth the sensation is soft and light feeling like a draught beer in the bottle that is complex in flavor, yet refreshing and easy drinking with a smooth finish. It pairs wonderfully with aperitivo, pizza topped with prosciutto, pasta with fresh basil and tomato sauce, roasted vegetables such as artichokes, grilled fish, pork chops, salumi, spicy sausage, chicken wings and, medium-aged Italian cheeses.
