Beer Description
Amber Ale with the American hop bill gives a typical pale ale type flavor with a little more caramel sweetness, and a more pronounced hoppiness.
We did It again, due to a supplier mix-up we have a batch of Twisted Red that isn’t Quite Twisted Red. We took it a little further this time, we know what the error was, so instead of leaving It alone we added some hops. Cascade and Centennial were added to the dry-hop and It has made a nice happy amber. Its color is a crystal-clear copper, aromas of toffee, caramel, with some light citrus. The flavors are fun, it leads in with the toffee roast malt character, the middle is grapefruit and
lemon, and the end is nutty. It’s a delicious mistake.
