Beer Description
Dark, Centienial, Pearl. NOTE! Festival beer – brewed especially for the beer festival in Copenhagen in September 2008. Colour chocolate brown with light brown foam with small bubbles. Smells of vanilla and cocoa beans. Taste of bitter dark chocolate and dark roasted coffee that goes into anise and ends with a taste of caramelized sugar. Drink to dark chocolate desserts instead of coffee after dinner or Foire gras with sweet accessories.
