Beer Description
Here’s to the last straw, that last fortuitous disaster that finally tips the scales, sends us overboard, and gives us the resolve to choose change. Last Straw Pilsner is a delicious, multi-cultural hybrid, combining the dryness and soft malt flavor of a German Pilsner with assertive, citrusy American hops; Amarillo, to be precise. Significantly hoppy in the finish, this is far from many of the lazy beers that claim to be pilsner.
