Beer Description
Off Piste Pale ale is named for one of our favorite pastimes, Pacific Northwest snow skiing. Now if only the weather would honor our desires and give us some snow!! Piste is a marked trail or ski run down a mountain. Off Piste skiing, back country skiing or off trail skiing all describe the act of intentionally choosing to follow your favorite snow line down a slope. At 5.5% ABV with the crisp clean flavor of a Pacific Northwest Style Pale Ale this beer will be a great companion after a day of skiing. Flavored with Zythos, Centennial, Cascade, and Nugget hops, this beer is sure to appeal to everyone enjoying the beautiful place that we live!
