Beer Description
Pouring the color of roasted walnut and alder, the Squirrel Bite opens with an aroma of blackstrap molasses and dark amber maple. Creamy hints of vanilla and the subtle scent of fresh mint cascade into the beer’s robust body beginning with chords of hazelnut and plum and lingering with notes of earthy tobacco. The Squirrel Bite then climbs with from the darkness with a matured, but pronounced dry hop finish of spruce pine. Scavenge this offering slowly as each taste reveals a new limb to this beer’s canopy.
