The white Oude Cherry is the successful outcome of a maceration for 3 months 450 Cherry books in 800 liters of white having previously undergone lactic fermentation and wild. It has a stimulating red-purple color in trouble sailing, dominated by a rich foam immaculate tile which emanate intoxicating scents of fruits surets. The mouth, dry and acidic, is a slightly spicy cherry cocktail exercising at the taster a powerful and mysterious attraction, making slyly magnetized.
