Bourbon barrel-aged sour lager aged in Buffalo Trace barrels for a year. Hints of ripe guavas and papayas with slight sour funkyness on the nose, with a hint of toffee and oak on the front. A tangy sweet, slightly sour quality accents the distinct taste of Buffalo Trace on the finish. This beer is completely different from anything we have tasted before! This brew is dedicated to the beer bloggers of the world who tell it like is, guiding the masses toward their liquid destiny.
