This beer is a fruity twist on a Belgian-style Dubbel, with the deep fruity and caramelly flavors of Mission figs adding a beautiful layer.
Figs are among the oldest symbols of fertility and sensuality. They are also delicious. Surprisingly, fig leaves also bring a lot of flavor. In addition to a slight nuttiness, they also have oaky and even light vanilla notes and contribute a delicate tannic finish as well.
