According to Bulgarian legend, the Ispolini giants feared the blackberry bush. We on the other hand, love blackberries. So, we put them in beer! This American style wheat has a wonderful rose color. The bready flavor from the wheat pairs nicely with the slightly tart blackberry. Perfect patio beer!
