Backflip is a traditional Belgian Wit (white)Bier. It’s a beer that was created to celebrate the arrival of Spring and wet our whistles for a hot Summer. Given the name “Wit”, this beer has a white veil of color around the edges of the glass. This is due to the use of unmalted wheat. The aroma is heavenly. Hints of coriander and orange permeate the air, while a subtle kiss of coconut and chamomile add to the complexity. A sip transforms you to a sunny oceanside beach. The taste of pina coladas and citrus shine brightly. The finish is smooth and tropical.
