Farmhouse Belgian/French style sour that focuses on local citrus flavors from our wild yeast.
A traditional country style Ale that emphasizes the hop aroma and natural yeast used to make it. This is one of our lightest beers, so you can enjoy it in session. It goes very well with sweet fruit and French country cheeses like Brie. As always – Duncan’s Saison dry-hops with
Tarrytown-grown hops and ferments with local wildflower honey.
