Beer Description
“Now hold on tight, I’m going to really open her up this time and see what she can do” – Gene Wilder, aka Willy Wonka. Pronounced just like it reads, hsaWaknow is one for the “hop heads” and you know if you are one. Brewed with some chocolate malt, which is the color, not the flavor and a hopping schedule of over 3 lbs. per barrel, this beer is not shy on citrus and floral hop aromas. It’s an ale, and our own imaginary style. The name comes from the movie and we cant cal it an IPA, can’t call it hoppy amber. It’s somewhere in between. We are the beer makers and we are the dreamer of the dreams. HOPS USED: Northern Brewer, Goldings, Fuggles, Glacier
